The Achieve Project — 2025

The Achieve Project has completed its fifth full year, bringing together young neurodivergent adults and Graphic Design students in a collaborative programme built on mutual support and shared creativity.

In 2025, Superpeople partnered with over 100 students from Arts University Bournemouth, who designed bespoke self-promotion tools to help participants confidently approach employers in ways that reflect their strengths, skills and individuality. The project is mutually beneficial — students gain valuable real-world experience, while participants gain confidence, visibility and practical tools to support their journey into employment.
